Mike has been a part of the Kaizen team since 2014, and provides an unparalleled steadiness to the group. He loves the outdoors, and has introduced the Kaizen students to many of Utah’s exciting fisheries as he shares his passion with the boys. Never one to sit around, Mike is wonderful at helping and motivating others to work hard and play hard, all while being respectful and kind in the process. He’s a wonderful mentor to students and staff alike, and we are fortunate to have Mike overseeing the residential program at Kaizen.
While always willing to do what it takes to keep Kaizen great, Mike also knows how to maintain a healthy balance in life. He is an exemplary family man, and brings incredible wisdom and balance to the Kaizen team.
